Return Eligibility

Most physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in original condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories, instructions, and components are included.
• The item is not specifically excluded under this policy.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any merchandise back.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of magic products, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Downloadable products
• Streaming video products
• Digital instructions or eBooks
• Gift cards
• Special-order items
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges
